In the present writ petition, the petitioners have challenged the order dated 26.05.2026 (Annexure P-1) vide which the petitioners have been selected to undergo the Lower School Course List B-1 for 2024, whereas the petitioners have given unwillingness to undergo the said course. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that similar issue has already been decided by this Court vide judgment dated 10.03.2026 passed in CWP-7040-2026 titled as 'EHC Kaaraj Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and others' (Annexure P-3).
