(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for grant of bail pending trial in case FIR No.14 dated 04.03.2022 registered under Sections 22, 29, 61 and 85 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Dharamgarh, District Sangrur.
