AMIT RAWAL J. (Oral) Prayer in present writ petition is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents to offer the appointment letter to the petitioner on the post of Instructor (Embroidery and Needle) on contract basis against advertisement dated 27.4.2016.

On asking of Court, Mr. R.K.Doon, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents/State.

Mr. Jasbir Mor, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that petitioner, at this stage, would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider and decide legal notice dated 02.02.2019 (Annexure P-12A) in view of Annexure P-12 within some specified time.

CWP No.25398 of 2019 {2} In view of statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into merit of case or commenting thereon, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the decide legal notice dated 02.02.2019 (Annexure P-12A) in view of Annexure P-12 by passing a well reasoned and speaking order within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. In case, legal notice is not decided within aforementioned specified time, there shall be costs of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the concerned officer to the petitioner.
