The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to take action against respondents No. 4 and 5 on the basis of compliant dated 10.05.2022 (Annexure P-3) submitted by the petitioner. Notice served upon the official respondents No. 1 to 3 through the State's counsel.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied in case directions be issued to respondent No. 2 to decide the complaint dated 10.05.2022 (Annexure P-3) within the time bound manner.

The prayer being innocuous is not opposed by the learned State counsel. Given above, respondent No. 2-Senior Superintendent of Police, SAS Nagar (Mohali) to decide the complaint dated 10.05.2022 (Annexure P-3) by passing a speaking order within thirty working days from today.

In case, the grievance of the petitioner still exists, he shall be at liberty to avail legal remedy in accordance with law including approaching this Court. This order shall come into the force only from the date copy of the petition supplied to the State and in case copy is not supplied within one month, then this order shall stand automatically recalled without any further reference to this Court. Petition is allowed to the extent above. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
