Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct the respondents to release the refund of the petitioner due for the year 1994-95 in view of order, Annexure P-3, passed by Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals)-1, Chandigarh. Mr. Yogesh Putney, learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, submits that the matter shall be looked into. In case, the refund has not been credited in the account of the petitioner, it shall be done at the earliest, in any case, not later than one month. Mr. Mukhi, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with this statement. In view of the above, no further adjudication of the matter is necessary. Disposed of.
