Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, for quashing of the cross-version DDR No.22 dated 29.08.2020, under Sections 323, 324, 341, 34 IPC, registered in FIR no.244 dated 20.08.2020, under Sections 323, 324, 295, 506, 364, 148, 149, 120-B IPC (Section 295 deleted and 295A IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Division No.8, District Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar.

Being it a partial compromise quashing petition, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the same with liberty to file a comprehensive one by impleading all the concerned parties.
