Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to step up the pay scale of the petitioners with effect from 03.01.1994 corresponding to that of Hazari Lal Khetawala, who is junior to them in view of the instructions dated 18.12.2013 (Annexure P14) and to release all the consequential benefits to them. Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that for the said purpose, petitioners have got issued legal notice dated 09.08.2018 (Annexure P9) to respondent No.2, but no action has been taken thereon till date.
