RAJIV NARAIN RAINA J. (ORAL) The State has filed this writ petition against the order 11.09.2014 (Annexure P-4) passed by the Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal, Bathinda, under Section 33-C (2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.

This petition was filed by asserting in the index that similar case is pending in this Court bearing CWP No.14995 of 2013. The aforesaid writ petition and several connected petitions filed by the General Manager, Punjab Roadways, Ludhiana and the State of Punjab have been dismissed, vide order dated 01.12.2015, accordingly, this petition is dismissed in terms of those orders.
