(ORAL) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 to 4 to initiate action against respondent No.6 for un-authorized and illegally occupying the Government Land bearing Khasra No.37. A further writ of mandamus has been sought for directing the official respondents to confiscate the Hotel building, namely, Rose.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to him, in accordance with law.
