(ORAL) In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying that the services rendered by him during the Second National Emergency should be counted towards pension as held by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP No.17661 of 2013, decided on 13.11.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in respect of the claim, which has been made in the present writ petition, the petitioner has made a representation dated 02.07.2018 (Annexure P-5) to the respondents. Learned counsel states that the petitioner will be satisfied, in case a time bound direction is given to the respondents to decide his representation dated 02.07.2018 (Annexure P-5). The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
