Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is the owner of the land in question prior to the notification under Section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 i.e. prior to 31.12.2013. 2.

A perusal of the paper book would, however, show that no document has been annexed prior to 31.12.2013 to show that the petitioner is owner of the property in question. Even the details of the ownership has not been mentioned.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after giving full and detailed particulars and annexing the relevant documents. 4.
