**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) This Court, vide order dated 26.10.2018, by noticing contention of learned counsel for the petitioner, had permitted the petitioner to work. Learned counsel for the State submitted that the petitioner has been allowed to continue to work and has submitted her joining report on 17.05.2019. At the moment, there is no process of replacement with other contractual employee, except through regular process. In view of above, grievance of petitioner stands vindicated, therefore, no cause of action survives in present writ petition and the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
