Prayer made in the present writ petition is to revise and re-fix the pay scale of deceased husband of the petitioner, who superannuated on 30.09.2006 and to grant all the service benefits i.e. revised pay, gratuity, leave encashment and revised pension with effect from 01.01.2006 till the date of his death on 02.03.2007.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for this purpose, petitioner got issued legal notice dated 20.07.2018 (Annexure P5), but the same remained unattended by the respondents till today. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mrs. Anju Arora, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to her during the course of the day.
