Pursuant to advertisement dated 20.12.2017 (P-1) petitioner competed for recruitment as Sub Station Attendant against 253 posts against the category of SC Others Sports Person-SC/OT/SP. His grievance is that he has not been considered for appointment against said category as he does not possess 'C' Grade certificate and instead possesses 'D' grade sports certificate.

At the time of hearing,counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
