It is noted that Mr. Pankaj Bali, Advocate appeared on behalf of appellant No. 2(iii). The other appellants were proceeded exparte on 05.08.2016. It is further brought to my notice that compensation awarded by learned Tribunal has not been disbursed to the claimants till date.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 15.01.2020.

Mr. Pankaj Bali, Advocate be notified of the date fixed. In case, there is no representation on behalf of appellant No. 2(iii) on the next date of hearing, this appeal shall stand dismissed in default."
