On our asking, Mr.Deepak Manchanda, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1; Mr.G.S.Attariwala, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondent Nos.2 & 3 and Mr.Balwinder Kumar Sharma, Registrar Recruitment accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.4.

CWP No.8750 of 2015 [2] day failing which this order shall be automatically recalled and the writ petition shall be deemed to have been dismissed for non-prosecution.

In view of the nature of order which we propose to pass, there is no need to seek any counter-reply from the respondents at this stage.

The petitioner seeks quashing of the letter dated 16.04.2015 (Annexure P-4) vide which his candidature for appearing in the HCS (Judicial Branch) Main Examination, 2014, has been rejected.

In the light of the contents of the letter dated 29.01.2015 (Annexure P-3), let the petitioner's claim be considered by the Recruitment Committee comprising three Hon'ble Judges of this Court. The Chairman of Haryana Public Service Commission may also be requested to attend the meeting. If need be, the Recruitment Committee would hear the petitioner as well. We request the Committee to take its decision well in advance before the commencement of main written examination.

With these observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
