(Oral) Since the petitioner is already in Government service and is drawing salary of more than Rs.6,000/- per month, she does not fall within the definition of dependent of ex-serviceman as per the Government Instructions dated 01.12.2003 (Annexure P-6).

In this view of the matter, no fault can be found with the rejection of her candidature by the Commission in the category of dependent of ex-serviceman.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
