Through the instant writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 21.04.2016 (Annexure P-6) vide which respondent No.1 dismissed the main SA as well as the application as preferred by the petitioner for directing respondents No.2 and 3 to consider its case under One Time Settlement (in short 'OTS') Scheme. Further prayers have also been made to direct respondents No.2 and 3 to consider the case of the petitioner for OTS, not to raise technical objection as well as to stay the coercive process as initiated by respondent-Bank to take physical possession of the premises in question.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition. However, a prayer was made that liberty be granted to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to it, in accordance with law.
