(ORAL) Through this appeal, appellant-claimants have sought enhancement of compensation, modifying impugned Award dated 02.01.2013 of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Pathankot (for short 'the Tribunal').

Learned counsel for both the parties jointly submit that this appeal may be disposed of, remanding the matter to learned Tribunal for deciding the same afresh, qua quantum of compensation, considering the evidence led before it, after earlier remand. Ordered accordingly.

Parties are directed to appear before the Tribunal on 10.01.2020.

Learned Tribunal is directed to decide the matter within two months after appearance of parties before it, on the date fixed.
