(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the order dated 06.01.2015 (Annexure P-4) passed by respondent No.2 - Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), exercising the powers of Collector, Hisar, under the provisions of the Haryana Public Premises and Land (Eviction and Rent Recovery) Act, 1972. Heard.
The impugned order is appealable. Learned counsel for the petitioner states at bar that appeal against the impugned order has already been filed.
