Main Case Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that the issue raised in the petition stands decided in petitioners' favour vide judgment dated 30.01.2024 rendered by this Court in Civil Writ Petition No.20891 of 2018, titled Surajbir Rathee and others vs. State of Haryana and others. Therefore, the instant petition may also be disposed of directing the respondents to take a decision regarding petitioner's claim in the light of this judgment. Learned State counsel contends that petitioners' case will be considered as per law laid down in the aforesaid judgment, and an appropriate order, in accordance with law, will be passed within a period of eight weeks. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the petition being disposed of in terms thereof.
