(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in the present petition and in CWP No.19275 of 2020 is the same and the said CWP was disposed of on 12.11.2020. He submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case the directions are issued to the respondents to take action on its pending representation dated 24.08.2020 (Annexure P-4).

Notice of motion.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Ankur Mittal, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondentsState. He has no objection if the afore-prayed directions are issued to the respondents.

Accordingly, keeping in view the limited prayer and without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of

with a direction to the respondents to consider the pending representation dated 24.08.2020 (Annexure P-4) and to take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of the receipt of certified copy of this order and pass necessary order in accordance with law. In case the representation is accepted, the necessary form/documents be supplied to the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter.
