Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents issued an advertisement on 23.07.2015 advertising the post of Trained Graduate Teachers in English. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner, who was fully eligible, applied for the same and participated in the selection process but missed a notice which was issued by respondent No.3 for getting her documents scrutinized so as to prove her eligibility. Learned counsel submits that the notice Annexure P.6, was missed by the petitioner inadvertently, hence, the petitioner could not appear in the scrutiny and, consequently, in the interviews, which have been held by the respondents on 23.08.2022.

Learned counsel submits that as the selection has not been finalised so far and the petitioner has already cleared the written examination, the respondents may kindly be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment against the post which has been advertised by the advertisement No.9 of 2015 (Annexure P.1). Learned counsel submits that in respect of the grievance raised in the present petition, the petitioner has already approached the respondent RENU 2022.09.09 17:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.20256 of 2022 -2No.3- Haryana Staff Selection Commission by filing a representation, a copy of which has been appended as Annexure P.9 and the the petitioner will be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the respondent No.3 to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, learned Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents- State and raises no objection in deciding the representation dated 29.08.2022 (Annexure P.9) in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order.

In view of the pleadings in the present petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or the claim being made by the petitioner in the representation, respondent No.3 is directed to decide the representation dated29.08.2022 (Annexure P.9), by passing a speaking order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

Present writ petition stands disposed of.
