(ORAL) Petitioner is seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of direction to the respondents to fill up 642 posts of Clerks reserved in favour of Special Backward Class (SBC) Category from the candidates of unreserved categories, who have competed in pursuance to Advt. No.10/2015 dated 24.11.2015 (Annexure P-2) as these posts were taken out from the unreserved category. In this regard, had submitted legal notice dated 10.07.2019 (Annexure P-15), but there is no adherence thereto. Without going into the merits and de-merits of the case, I dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider legal notice dated 10.07.2019 (Annexure P-15) and take appropriate decision thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
