Counsel for the respondent-State has not raised any objection to that and hence, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to take a decision in regard to issuance of NOC/ Essentiality Certificate for starting Nursing College in the name of the petitioner in terms of the new policy Annexure R3/4. The necessary orders be passed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
