The present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of a mandamus hence directing respondents No.1 to 3, to give protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners, and against any interference in the peaceful life of the petitioners being made at the behest of respondents No.4 and 5. The learned State Counsel, does not have any objection, to an order being made by this Court to respondents concerned, to look into and decide through a speaking order, representation Annexure P.3. Consequently, this Court directs respondents concerned, to within two weeks hereafter, hence decide Annexure P.3, through a speaking order.

Petition is disposed of.

CRWP No.10196 of 2021 -2appearing for respondents No.4 and 5 (parents of petitioner No.1) submits that co-respondent No.2 may be directed to arrange a meeting inter-se petitioner No.1 with co-respondents No.4 and 5. The afore-made prayer is just. Consequently, it is accepted. Co-respondent No.2 is directed to within a week from today, arrange a meeting, in his presence, of co-petitioner No.1 with her parents, who have been arrayed in the petition, as respondents No.4 and 5. A copy of this order be given dasti on payment of ususal charges.
