The present petition has been filed by the All India Rice Exporters Association seeking to challenge Notification dated 23.05.2016 carrying out amendment in Rule 30 of the Punjab Agricultural Produce Markets (General) Rules, 1962. As members of the petitioner Association, who may have cause of action to impugn the validity of the amendment, may have to plead certain facts to challenge validity of the amendment, we do not find any ground to entertain the petition on behalf of the Association, hence, we dismiss the same.
