CWP No.8801 of 2015 (O&M) obtained premature retirement from service on 31.03.2015 but still the pensionary benefits have not been released. The petitioner made a representation (Annexure P-1) on 15.04.2015 but no action has been taken thereupon.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case, the directions are issued to the respondents to consider and decide the representation, which is pending with the respondents.

Without commenting anything on the merits of the case and keeping in view the limited prayer of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.4 to consider representation dated 15.04.2015 (Annexure P-1) and take necessary action in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
