**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioners is that initially he was transferred from CHC Indri (Karnal) to CHC Kharkhoda, vide order dated 30.05.2016 on request given by the petitioner. However, the petitioner was again ordered to be transferred from CHC Kharkhoda to CHC Jundla (Karnal) vide order dated 15.05.2017 but later on it was cancelled. The petitioner was then again transferred vide office order dated 22.10.2018 from CHC Kharkhoda to CHC Balla (Karnal).
In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 22.10.2018 (Annexure P-7) not to transfer the petitioner as his wife is suffering from breast cancer and getting treatment from PGI Rohtak. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further informed the Court that the petitioner has not been relieved. Issue notice of motion.

CWP No. 27415-2018 accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to supply copy of the petition to the learned State counsel by today itself.
In view of the above factual position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondents to pass appropriate order on the representation dated 22.10.2018(Annexure P-7) filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law. This exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks' from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. However, it is made clear that the operation of impugned transfer order dated 22.10.2018 (Annexure P-1) qua petitioner shall remain stayed, till the respondents passes final order on the representation filed by the petitioner.
