Present writ petition for issuance of directions to the respondents to grant benefit of 2nd ACP from the year as per ACP Rules, 1998, instructions (Annexure P2) and order (Annexure P2). Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the said purpose, petitioner made representation dated 27.07.2018 (Annexure P5), but no action has been taken thereon till date and his grievance shall be redressed if the said representation is decided in expeditious manner and in the light of judgment rendered by this Court in Ram Pal Patwari and Others v. State of Haryana and Another (CWP-23074-2010, decided on 24.07.2015).
