(Oral) The revision petition has been filed raising challenge to the impugned order dated 03.06.2025 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Gurugram, in CRM 698-2023, vide which the learned Executing Court has dismissed the objections filed by petitioner and directing the petitioner to pay amount within 15 days failing which conditional warrants shall follow in execution petition filed by the respondent.

In view of the order of even date passed in CRR(F)-593-2023, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the present petition at this stage, as the prayer made herein does not survive. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of as no further orders are required to be passed.
