Present applications have been filed for condoning the delay of 124 days in LPA No.1650 of 2026 and 127 days in LPA No.1658 of 2026 and LPA No.1662 of 2026 in filing the appeals along with application for exemption from filing the certified copies of the same. 2.
Keeping in view the contents mentioned in the applications, the same are allowed and the delay of 124 days in LPA No.1650 of 2026 and 127 days in LPA No.1658 of 2026 and LPA No.1662 of 2026 in filing the appeals, are condoned.

Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the question of law raised in the present bunch of appeals had already been decided by this Court in LPA No.1092 of 2026 titled "State of Haryana and another vs. Saroj Rani @ Saroj Devi" decided on 15.05.2026, hence, the present bunch of appeals be also disposed of in the same terms. 6.

Mr. Dharamveer, Advocate entered into appearance on behalf of respondent No.1 in LPA No.1658 of 2026 and LPA No.1662 of 2026 and does not raise any objection in case the present appeals are disposed of in terms of LPA No.1092 of 2026 titled "State of Haryana and another vs. Saroj Rani @ Saroj Devi" decided on 15.05.2026. 8.
