(ORAL) This is a petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorari quashing the impugned award dated 27.09.2013 (Annexure P-5) passed by respondent No.1, whereby industrial dispute raised at the behest of respondent No.2 has been answered in his favour and the workman has been granted reinstatement of services with continuity of 30% back wages. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has since been settled between the parties and accordingly, an amount of Rs.2,75,000/- has already been paid to respondent No.2-workman. The respondent-workman has even given a written undertaking with regard to full and final settlement qua the award in lieu of the amount given to respondent-workman.
Hence, the present petition has been rendered infructuous on VIRENDRA SINGH ADHIKARI 2022.07.05 17:06 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
