The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 31.05.2023 passed by this Court in CWP-12164-2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that vide order dated 23.05.2025, further proceedings before the Contempt Court were stayed by the Division Bench of this Court in CACP-41-2025 titled as 'Jinsy Koshy Vs. M/s MHI Engineering and Industries Project India Pvt. Ltd.'.
