Petitioner Avtar Singh, aged about 68 years son of Shri Gurdial Singh, resident of village Jartauli, Tehsil and District Ludhiana has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. against respondents i.e. State of Punjab, The Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana, Punjab, The District Development and Panchayat Officer, Ludhiana, Punjab etc. craving for issuance of a direction to the official respondents No. 2 and 3 to decide his representation dated 19.10.2020 (Annexure P-9) and take action in accordance with law.

Notice of motion to respondents No. 1 to 3.

Mr. J.S. Ghumman, DAG, Punjab has accepted notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 3.
