(proceedings conducted through video conferencing) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioner seeks issuance of direction to official respondents to initiate action on the basis of him complaint/representation dated 17.11.2020 (Annexure P-3).

The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner as well as Gaurav @ Shanky were caused injuries by the accused i.e. respondents No.6 to 9, in respect of which both of them were examined at Civil Hospital, Pathankot and although a complaint/representation dated 17.11.2020 (Annexure P-3) for taking appropriate action was made to the police but no action has been taken thereupon. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.12.04 16:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In case the allegations levelled therein are found to be well founded then necessary steps as warranted under law be taken thereupon at the earliest.

A copy of this order alongwith complaint/representation dated 17.11.2020 (Annexure P-3) be sent to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Pathankot so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.
