This Writ Petition Under Article 226 of Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the election result dated 29.05.2026 (Annexure P-15) declared in respect of Ward No.15, Municipal Council, Samana.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondents to decide the representations dated 26.05.2026 (Annexures P-11 to P-14) within a time bound manner.

Without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondents/competent authority is directed to consider and decide the representations dated 26.05.2026 (Annexures P-11 to P-14), after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt JASMINE KAUR 2026.06.10 16:28 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document of certified copy of this order.
