Vs.
State of Haryana and others
...Respondents
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN MONGA Present :
Mr. Shireesh Gupta, Advocate, For the petitioner.
Mr. R.K.S.Brar, Additional A.G., Haryana.
Mr. Sajjan Singh, Advocate for respondents No.3 and 4. **** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 08.02.2017 (Annexure P-17) and letter dated 25.01.2017 (Annexure P-14).
2.
Learned counsel is unable to assist the Court for lack of instructions due to not having proper address and particulars of the petitioners. On a Court query, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly concedes that all his attempts to establish contact with the petitioner have been futile. In the premise, even issuance of fresh notice to petitioner would be an exercise in futility.
3.
Be that as it may, writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application in case, any cause of action still survives.
4.
Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of, accordingly.
