Present writ petition for issuance of directions to the respondents to consider the claim of petitioner and to grant him service on compassionate grounds on account of the death of his father, who died during service on 19.01.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for the said purpose, petitioner made representations dated 18.04.2017 (Annexure P4), 06.06.2018 (Annexure P5), 20.06.2018 (Annexure P6) and thereafter, he got issued legal notice dated 31.08.2018 (Annexure P8), but the same remained unattended with the respondents.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into legal notice dated 31.08.2018 (Annexure P8) and take the required decision thereon, expeditiously and DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.10.26 14:48 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
