Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ petition, keeping in view the order dated 13.08.2021 (Annexure R-4/2), by which, the salary of the petitioner has been re-fixed, the same needs to be challenged by filing appropriate writ petition, hence, the present petition may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh one on the same cause of action by challenging the order dated 13.08.2021 (Annexure R-4/2).
