Let the needful be done within 15 days from today, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- to be deposited with the Punjab State Legal Services Authority, Chandigarh.

On doing so, let fresh notice be issued to respondent No.7 for 31.07.2015."

Office report reveals that notice to respondent No.7 could not be issued as the appellant has failed to deposit the costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) and the correct address of respondent No.7.

No one has appeared on behalf of the appellant. Dismissed for want of prosecution.
