Present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari directing respondent Nos.1 to 5 to cancel the permission granted to respondent No.6 vide STP/Permit No.2133 issued vide memo No.STP/PKL/1303 dated 25.05.2026 (Annexure P-1) and the permission granted to respondent No.7 vide STP/Permit No.2124 issued vide memo No.,STP/PKL/1179 dated 07.05.2026 (Annexure P-2) and further not to grant permission for extraction of the ordinary clay/earth as per the Haryana State Mining Rules, 2012 in the revenue estate of Village Shahjahanpur, Tehsil Raipur Rani, District Panchkula.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that mining is being done in violation of the permission granted. He further submits that the petitioner has filed the various representations before the authorities but the official respondents are intentionally not proceeding with the representations and allowing the respondent No.6 and 7 to carry out the mining.
