(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners states that inadvertently certain relevant documents could not be appended along with the writ petition, which shows the title and possession of the petitioners over the land in dispute. He, however, states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action by furnishing better particulars and appending relevant documents to show the title and possession of the petitioners. 2.
