Learned counsel for the respondents has produced in Court a copy of the order dated 04.07.2022, whereby the order impugned has been modified and submits that in view of the subsequent order passed, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order dated 04.07.2022, the claim as raised by the petitioner has been accepted and on that count, the present petition has been rendered infructuous. Thus, the same be disposed of as such. In view of the above, disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
