The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.40, dated 20.03.2020, registered under Sections 506 & 509 IPC and Section 66(C) & 67 of Information Technology Act, 2000 at Police Station Mani Majra, Chandigarh and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition at this stage. 3.
