* * * * S.J. VAZIFDAR, A.C.J. (ORAL) A plot was allotted to a third party in the year 1981. It appears that the original allottee transferred it to yet another party. The petitioners claim to have acquired the rights in the year 2006. The petitioners' case is that the allotment has been transferred in their favour by the authorities in the year 2006. Thereafter, the petitioners repeatedly requested for possession of the plot.

The petition is disposed of by directing the respondents to consider the petitioners' application by 31.12.2015. The application shall be considered on its own merits.
