*** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J. (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for directing the official respondents to to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondents No.4 to 7.

Learned State counsel assures the Court that the representation/complaint dated 11.05.2026 (Annexure P-1) submitted by the petitioner shall be decided within a period of three days in the light of the notification No.HOME-HM-40 40SECM/14/2025-2H4/63 dated 23.01.2025 issued by the Department of Home Affairs, Punjab, Government of Punjab (Home-4 Branch).

In view of the above, the instant petition stands disposed of. 5.
