Petitioner-Mohinder Kaur, aged 80 years is mother of respondent No.1 - Paramjit Singh and mother-in-law of respondent No. 2-Parvinder Kaur. Respondents No. 3 and 4 are the grand sons of petitioner-Mohinder Kaur. 2.

Instant revision petition has been filed by the petitioner, without even moving an application for vacation of stay order dated 21.05.2026 and filing of the written statement before the trial Court itself. 4.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with the observation that in case such application is filed by the petitioner before the Court, where the Civil Suit is pending, for vacation of ex-parte stay already granted on 21.05.2026, same would be disposed of at the earliest in accordance with law.
