The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking setting aside of order dated 01.10.2014 passed by learned Permanent Lok Adalat (Public Utility Services), Panipat.

On 21.05.2026 the following order was passed: "Learned counsel representing for respondent No.1, at the outset, submits that petitioner is a maintenance service provider. It is still providing aforesaid service and there is cordial relation between petitioner and residents of the society. All the previous disputes are amicably settled, thus, present petition may be disposed of without commenting on merits.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner seeks time to get instructions.
