MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner are seeking the concession of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.652 dated 08.07.2022 under Sections 406, 420, 506, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Shahabad, District Kurukshetra. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 4.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for granting protection to the petitioners till Friday. 5.

In view of the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, no coercive steps shall be taken against them till 02.02.2024.
